Can I refuse to accept the product?
We always encourage you to check the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there is any visible damage, discrepancy, or missing items. The reasons for refusal are as follows:
Incorrect colors
Incorrect sizes
Incorrect materials
Incorrect dimensions
Defective product
Packaging issue
How can I return the product?
If any damage occurs due to shipping, please contact us through our social media platform or email within 24 hours of delivery to report it. You should provide at least 3 photos or one video showing the damage to initiate a return request for your product. (Terms and conditions apply).
If there is any missing part or visible defect, it must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date, specifying the nature of the damage/error/shortage with 3 photos or one video through social media platforms or email. (Terms and conditions apply).
All products are eligible for return only if a manufacturing defect is identified or appears within the first 30 days from the receipt date. Please contact us through our social media platforms or email with at least 3 photos or one video showing the manufacturing defect to initiate a return request for your product. (Terms and conditions apply).
If the customer changes their mind about the product, custom-made products are not eligible for return. Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date only if all product accessories are intact, the product is securely packaged in its original packaging, and the product is in its original condition.
Return Eligibility Verification
All return requests are verified by our specialized team to confirm eligibility. Here are some examples of products not eligible for return:
Custom-made products in case of a change of mind.
Ready-made products without original packaging or not in their original condition.
Products exceeding 30 days from the receipt date.
Products considered for personal use, such as mattresses and pillows, etc.
Products where the defect is identified as misuse.
Products not assembled by the Homzito team.
Assembly and Installation Service
Homzito offers assembly and installation services for all products except for the following self-installation products:
TV unit shelves
Bathroom storage
Wall décor
Wall clocks

When will I receive the refund?
The refund process starts once the product is confirmed to be returned to Homzito. The refund takes between 5 to 14 business days (subject to change based on the card issuer’s policy).
