How long does delivery take?
Delivery time for each product is listed in its Specifications, usually 7–10 days. We deliver to all governorates across Egypt, and delivery is FREE to Cairo & Giza during Black Friday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. A deposit is required in some cases: 15% for cash orders above EGP 10,000 or outside Cairo and Giza, and 50% for products with modified specifications.
Can I inspect the product before paying?
Yes. Please inspect your furniture during delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, you can refuse it on delivery. You can also report any issue within 24 hours with 3 photos or a video.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made and self-assembled items can't be returned. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, we offer installation for products that require it within supported areas. Some products, like shelves, wall art and bathroom storage units, are designed for easy self-installation.
Can I customize the size or color?
Some products can be made with modified specifications. Contact us on WhatsApp with the product code and what you need, and we'll confirm availability and price. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 4 days of placing your order. After that, a deduction from the deposit may apply since manufacturing may have started.
